Jan Lehký je partnerem pražské kanceláře Kinstellar a celofiremním vedoucím praxe ESG. Specializuje se na nemovitostní a stavební právo, povolovací řízení a udržitelnost. Má rozsáhlé zkušenosti s právní podporou při výstavbě komerčních a rezidenčních budov i průmyslových projektů a s implementací environmentálních a ESG požadavků. Aktivně se podílí na tvorbě legislativy v oblasti stavebního a environmentálního práva a je předsedou legislativní pracovní skupiny pro povolovací procesy při AFI. 

 

Jan Lehký is a partner at Kinstellar’s Prague office and the firm-wide head of ESG practice. He specializes in real estate and construction law, permitting procedures, and sustainability. He has extensive experience in providing legal support for the construction of commercial and residential buildings and industrial projects, as well as in the implementation of environmental and ESG requirements. He is actively involved in the creation of legislation in the field of construction and environmental law and is the chair of the legislative working group for permitting processes at AFI.
